Small Stone of the Week - Aug 26 to Sept 1
This week, I want to:
Complete W1HM - week 1 of the Half marathon training program
Get back on the cleansing diet - 100% clean by the end of the week
Drink 10glasses of water a day.
Take my Probiotics and B-12 Every day
